Shipping policy

Martel+Ram uses various national and international shipping companies depending on the destination. In general, domestic packages are shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 service and International shipments are made using DHL Express. Tracking information is provided to the customer at the time of shipping.

While we continue to offer free shipping in the UK and to some other destinations, our online checkout system will calculate and add additional fees to certain destinations. 

Martel+Ram cannot be responsible for any additional local taxes or duties outside of the UK.
